Every donation helps a family build a safe and affordable home.
Ways to Give:
Donate a vehicle to Evergreen Habitat for Humanity and help build homes in Clark County. If you have an older car, truck, van, trailer, RV or boat taking up valuable space in your yard, consider donating it to support affordable housing in Vancouver, Camas, Battleground and the greater Clark County area.
Car donations to Evergreen Habitat for Humanity support the local and global mission of eliminating poverty housing and homelessness and save you the time and energy of finding a buyer. By donating a car to our vehicle donation program, you can help volunteers in the Washington area build houses in partnership with families in need of a hand up, not a hand out.
Examples of vehicles accepted by Habitat:
• Construction or farm equipment
• Any other vehicle ― running or not!
It is quick and easy to donate a vehicle whether it runs or not! Plus, you may be eligible for a tax deduction (consult your tax advisor or the IRS for details).
To donate a car, truck, boat or RV to Cars for Homes™ – Habitat’s official car donation program, call (877) 277-4344 toll free or learn more about car donation at Carsforhomes.org. It’s a convenient way to support Evergreen Habitat for Humanity and create more space in your driveway!

Stocks and Bonds
A charitable gift of stocks or bonds provides an opportunity for tax savings while generously sharing with others. A gift of stock owned for more than one year entitles you to a charitable deduction for the full market value at the time the gift is made. If the stock has appreciated, you also avoid a capital gains tax on the appreciation. In addition to helping EHFH, you may diversify away from low-basis, long-term holdings into other assets that will better suit your current needs. If you would like to discuss a gift of stocks or bonds, please call our office at 360-737-1759.

Donations of Land
As Clark County and the Vancouver area continue to grow, securing land for Evergreen Habitat for Humanity home projects becomes more challenging. If you are aware of a parcel of land in the area that may be available, we’d like to talk to you!
Evergreen Habitat for Humanity also purchases land at fair appraisal value. If you know of a property or would like to speak to us about the sale or donation of your property, please contact us at 360-737-1759 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Donations of Building Materials
The Clark County Habitat for Humanity Store located at 10811 SE Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver accepts a variety of building materials and hardware, both new and used.
