Evergreen Habitat for Humanity offers volunteer opportunities for you to help with all aspects of home building.  We have both construction and non-construction volunteer opportunities available to you. You do not need to be an expert in construction to help out on a work site. There are many tasks that require only a willingness to learn and working in cooperation with others. On-site construction work is the most popular of Habitat's volunteer opportunities. We make every effort to incorporate all willing volunteers regardless of skill level. All volunteers on the construction site must be at least 16 years of age or older. We will work rain or shine!

There are two ways to sign up to become a volunteer:

• Online Registration & Orientation —
  The online volunteer registration and orientation process is simple and will take about ten minutes. It does not have to all be completed at one time. Completing this Registration & Orientation online will give you immediate access to our construction and other volunteer opportunities. Once you complete the Online Registration & Orientation, you will also need to do an in-person orientation.

• In Person Registration & Orientation —
  We hold an in-person orientation once per month. Please check our online calendar for dates, time & location for the in-person orientation.

If you have a group of volunteers, your group can complete the Online Registration & Orientation process, or you can contact the Volunteer Coordinator ([ email ]) and we can arrange to come to your location for an in-person group orientation.

We use the information you provide during the Registration & Orientation process to help you determine where your skill would best help us, or to provide you with information on available volunteer opportunities so you can choose where you would like to help out.
