What is Women Build?
A program of Habitat for Humanity International, Women Build enables women to help eliminate poverty housing by building homes and communities. Through Women Build, women volunteers and homeowners gain the confidence and skills to lay bricks, pound nails, raise walls and create hope. Evergreen Habitat built its first Women Build home in 2012 and completed their second home in the summer of 2017. Women Build is a great way for women to have fun, help a family, and make a difference in a hands-on way. You’ll get to meet the family you are helping, face-to-face. You can spend time with friends and colleagues, and make new friends while you work on the house. And you’ll learn construction skills you can use in your own home.

New members are always welcome. Committee meets monthly on every third Wednesday. Guests are welcome – contact Leanna Fabian at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to RSVP.
