Hidden Village Park Project
Evergreen Habitat is working to purchase Hidden Village Mobile Home Parks in Hazel Dell, off HWY 99. The purchase likely won’t be finalized until September at the earliest.
Habitat will be working to ensure current residents have a safe and stable place to live once we obtain ownership. Once purchased, the first phase will include an assessment period of repairs and replacing units to stabilize the community.
This project is an opportunity to meet the needs of many Clark County families and individuals that are unable to purchase homes due to high costs. As we partner with current residents, community partners, and developers to explore all options for potential plans, our goal is that together, we can build brighter futures and thriving communities.

What can current residents of Hidden Village Mobile Home Park expect in the coming months?
Our intention for this project is to stabilize the community and prevent residents from being displaced or forced to move due to high rental costs, unsafe living conditions, or redevelopment, while also exploring various options to increase affordable housing.
As we work towards raising funds for this project, current residents may contact the current park managers for their questions or concerns.
If you are a resident and would like to stay up to date on the project by providing your contact information, please fill out this form.
What are the plans for the undeveloped portion of the property?
While the initial phase of the project is to stabilize the community, we will undergo a robust community engagement process to help shape the future of the site. Depending on what the community wants to see there, that could include additional housing units and potential community-oriented spaces. Community input will be important for these decisions. More information to come soon.
Will there be any information sessions for residents about this project?
We are hosting a series of community information sessions for park residents in the summer to answer any questions. This is an opportunity for us to engage in community listening to hear directly from residents. More information to come.
